How these tools handle tax rules and rates
Tax treatment follows the 2026–27 Budget rules as published in our explainer, and each tool states the date its rules were last verified. Interest rates are yours to supply — we publish no rates and name no lenders. Where a figure can't be verified against a current primary source, the tool says so rather than guessing.
